HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

The department started in January 2013 with a staff of 4 and 8 students. The student population has increased to 59 student.

The current courses offered include: 1. Certificate in Food and beverage service and sales Module. 2. Diploma in Food and Beverage Production Management. 3. Artisan in Food and Beverage. The department aspires to diversify training in line with the market demand. Other courses to be offered in the near future include: i. Diploma and Certificate in in catering and Accommodation. ii. Tourism Management iii. Nutrition and Dietetic Management. iv. Housekeeping. We also offer: Catering Services Seminar Facilities. Short Courses include: a). Cake Baking b). Cake Decoration c). Event Planning. d). Pastry Making and other Courses as per customers requirements.
